A-ha’s at 2:30 am

24 December 2009 One Comment

I had so many a-ha’s a few days ago between 2:17 and 4:30 in the morning.  Good idea after good idea after good idea.

And then I fell back asleep and fffwwfffp! the good ideas rolled up and away and I can’t remember most of them.

So, I’m going to wait until another sleepless night, and then I’ll have pen and notebook in hand.

A-ha’s are like babies. They have their own quirky sense of timing.

so, I’ve been thinking…

I’ve been thinking a lot about why people come here. I’ve been thinking about why I’d come here.

I think we need more rituals and recipes.

More talk about the energetic body.

More hope.

More tangible.

Less lecturing.

I want to have more conversation and less me talking and you reading.

I want more stories.

Yeah- all that.

What else?

What do you want to talk about?

During 2010, I want to learn and intuit and teach more about how the energetic body affects the physical body.

I think my key term for 2010 is Integration. I’m going to write more about that tomorrow.

I love all the topics you cover….I’m getting a deeper understanding of the chakras and intuition, which is exciting. I’m interested in the inter-connection of the chakras, like how you’ve grouped the 2nd and 6th chakras in Chakralicious. And, how intuition helps us have healing conversations with our bodies.

I’m also interested in learning/talking more about discerning one’s energy from others’, especially from an empathetic point of view.

And I always love to hear a-ha stories : )

thanks for all the wisdom, workshops & writing.
