What are these Chakras about?

The second chakra is all about creativity and sexuality. And it’s one of the most important chakras in our lives. And one of the most fun to work with!

The sixth chakra is about intuitive interaction with others. It’s how we interact, click and snap with the people around us. These chakras work really well together, and when they’re really working, Zam! Pow! Bam! Huzzah! Watch Out Because We’re ON!

What are we going to do?

The first Tuesday- We’ll talk about Chakras in general, how they work, what they feel like, how you can impact them. Then We’ll do a few exercises to interact with the 2nd and 6th chakras.

In between week 1 and 2, you’ll have about an hour’s worth of homework to do, where you can play with these chakras.

The 2nd Tuesday- WHAM! We’ll get our creativity and confidence flowing through a series of guided meditations and exercises! I’ll work with the group’s chakras collectively to remove stuck energy and regenerate the chakras to really get the energy flowing!

It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be life-changing and it’s going to be affordable.

And also, it’s going to be over the phone (or, in person if you’re in Portland, and you’re not allergic to dogs or cats) !

So you can get your chakras cranked whether you’re in Portland or Finland or any place in between!

Results

Expect to experience the rush of unstuckness.

I fully expect to see my students create new paintings, invent amazing desserts, wearing those bitchin’ boots that have been gathering dust in the back of the closet. Maybe there will be new companies, new families, new projects, new babies!
