I’m Missing the Sun
I live in the Grey Pacific Northwest. We all look like Droopy right now. We’re scaring the newly transplanted Californians.
When you are feeling blah, you’re probably not really wanting to do much like meditate or yoga or reflection. And that keeps you away from your sunny self.
You are sunny on the inside. Right Now.
So, here’s a trick that helps your intuition and helps you feel better. Here’s a trick to bring a little sunshine back.

Incorporate citrus into your life.
Oranges, Lemons, Limes…
Cook with them. Yes. My new personal favorite is a squeeze of lemon with sparkling water and a little bit of stevia. A nice lemony tart, a little zest grated on some cheese and honey (Thank you @lelonopo for this recipe).
And Clean with Them
Mix lemon juice with a little vinegar and wash a window or two.
And Bathe with Them
Cut up some limes. Throw them in your tub. This (along with salt) removes negative energy from your energetic body and makes you feel really good.
Citrus is Sunshine
Portable, concentrated sunshine. It’s awesome. And it’ll spark something inside you.
