Sometimes, when working to heal a client, I come across a block that is very hard to budge.
This is what happens-
I’m directed to a chakra by Creator.
I see a problem.
It could look like thorns cutting into the heart chakra, or a dull dormant grey space where the root chakra should be, where I would expect to see vibrant red.
And I will ask “What is wrong here?”
The energetic body of the person will say, “I am ashamed.” or “I am unlovable.” or “Everything I do turns to shit.”
It will be a …
Intuition, Working with Fear and Doubt »
It’s early in the morning, and it’s completely dark. I’m sitting in my office, which has 3 large windows looking Southwest over the Hillsdale neighborhood of Portland.
On summer evenings, these windows frame Maxfield Parrish pink skies. But right now, they are reflecting my domestic scene, as the sky has not even begun to lighten.
In the Dark
Sometimes we enter into a long night of work, of illness, of grief, of the unknown. We may be enjoying a summer evening, and then the long night creeps up.
It seems to span on forever. …

My family hails from above the arctic circle. My mother has the jet black hair of Laplanders.
In Norway, above the arctic circle, the sun goes down in November, and doesn’t peep back up until sometime in January. It is a long nighttime journey.
Even here, at the 45th parallel, right between the equator and the north pole, the sky goes dark in the very early evening, and the night is long.
What is Dark?
Is Dark Bad?
What is the purpose of being out of the light?
We’re going to explore darkness and light this …

Okay, so we’ve talked about intuition for the big things…and intuition for the hard things…let’s talk about intuition for the small things…
This is the most exciting intuition for me, some days, because it is an immediate validation of my mad gifts.
And also… because it makes life that extra 10% better.
So, intuition for small things…like picking the best fruit or picking the best thing to eat on a menu (notice all this food stuff), or finding parking…
You are going to use the same technique we’ve used all month: Take a deep …
Intuition, Love »
I’ve been working with Westwind Farm Studio to develop recorded guided meditations on subjects like Love, Abundance, Confidence, and Courage.
We had the idea of taking the personal divine messages that I receive for my clients, and turning them into meditations. Then we thought: what if I just asked for divine information on each subject, and we incorporated it into the meditation?
Spark! Good Idea!
I sat at my desk, cleared my mind, and brought myself into a deep meditative state.
Then I asked, “God, tell me about Love.” and then I just …
Abundance, Intuition »
I’m sitting here drinking a homemade honey latte with Sumatran coffee beans from World Cup Coffee. A place I hang a lot.
And I’m not feeling any doom. I’m feeling the buzz of busy.
But…the other day, I saw a lot of tragedy, potential tragedy, bad things happening.
And I saw a lot of fear.
And, it’s never easy to deal with tragedy, fear, ugly things looming on the horizon.
But, your intuition can be your friend here, if you can calm down and turn inward.
The question we’re going to ask is twofold: Am I …

This morning, I woke to find so many stories of fear and heartbreak in my twitter feed. It feels like there is a ripple of loss coursing through the universe.
The worst part of intuition is that when you’re scared, it tends to not be helpful. When something incredibly important is on the line, whether it’s a job, the life of a loved one, a book deal, the future of your children, it’s hard to trust the voice in your head. It’s hard to even hear it.
So,what to do? You need …
Intuition, You! »
Well, hello there. We’re going deep into the woo-woo today.
My friend, Liz Grover, introduced me to Jennifer Norton about a year and a half ago. Jennifer does Theta Healing. We do similar work, helping people remove the beliefs and blocks that are holding them back, at a spiritual level.
So, when I need intuitive guidance and healing, I go to Jennifer. When she needs it, she comes to me. We have a lot of fun when we intuit together, the back and forth as we share images and ideas, God and …
Intuition, The Sea of Unconscious, Voila! at Work »
It’s rainy. Again. I have taken to wearing an old aran sweater, one that once had cables running all over it but has now been washed and felted. It looks like a stone statue where the detail has been worn away by rain.
It’s thick, and when I take it off, invariably, a cat will curl himself upon it.
So I’ve removed most of the cat hair, though there’s still some present, and also, a horse licked and chewed on the arm on Saturday. The sweater smells like sheep and something vaguely …
