The energetic body is a system that works along with the physical body to move through and experience the world.
It is primarily made up of chakras.  There are hundreds of Chakras throughout our system.
The energetic body is not physical. So really, it’s not measurable, but the experience of feeling the energetic body tells us that it extends beyond our body, and intereacts beyond the physical space we find ourselves in.

I’ve been hearing the word “fierce” a lot lately. And I’ve had a few friends, privately, say I’m a little afraid of this “inner me” business. I don’t know her. I feel bad that I don’t know her.

Yeah, she’s fierce.
Because you’re fierce. But she’s also loving.  And who does she love most? You.

I love the group of ladies who are bringing forth their Chakraliciousness in my Tuesday Night Class!
We talked, at length, about the energetic body. We felt our chakras.  We got all yahoo with the woo.
And then, my favorite moment of the class: when we tried to define the word: Creativity.
I started with Creativity: The Ability to Bring Something into Existence.
We talked about Otto Rank, whose definition of an artist was One Who Wants to Leave a Gift.
And of course, the great Matthew Fox, who said, The Spirit’s Work is to Awaken All …

So, yesterday, you saw my Inner Me.  She’s so pretty and kind.
And maybe you thought about your Inner You.  If you did, thank you!
Sometimes my ideas are wacky.  So if somebody is willing to wack around with me, I appreciate it.
Let’s give our Inner Us’s a voice this morning.
Let’s ask them some questions.
