Abundance, Co-Creation »

This starts a series of 5 posts about the a-has that I just experienced. I am exploring Co-Creation on many levels, and I want to share this with you.
We start in my kitchen
Wednesday morning found me writing in my kitchen. I had a window open, because my cat likes to climb the tree outside one of our many kitchen windows and sit on the roof and sing.
I could hear a blue jay screeching outside my window.
Then, he flew in my house and perched on the fan by the window.  He …

So, I promised you a post about gratitude.
We hear this all of the time, on Oprah, on Twitter, in Church, from our Mothers.
Be Grateful.  Make a list of the things you’re grateful for. Put 5 things on it every day.
Why do this?
How does gratitude have a lasting positive effect on our lives?
The 12% feeds the 88%
12% of our thoughts are conscious. Just 12%. 88% are unconscious.

Here’s a few gems from my jar:
1.  Door to Door Meat Salesman
2. Sugar Ants in my kitchen. Party in last night’s spaghetti.
3.  I told Brian that I kept off that 12 lbs from my 2 month $600 stint at the gym, and he said, “Well, it’s probably converting from muscle back into fat and fat weighs less than muscle.”   How …

You have to take risks. We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen. -Paulo Coelho
We went Boy Camping this weekend.
When we are not boy camping, we are doing your typical PNW Snooty-Foody camping. We listen to NPR on the way to our campsite. we pack along charcuterie and tapenade and lots of good books to read. We do a respectable hike. We find an obscure lake to camp by. We drink in the stars and the mountains and have a bonfire. There …
