The principals
of Tomato Marketing Group chose a tomato as
their identity because tomatoes are luscious,
greedily coveted and yet utilitarian. The tomato
logo needed to be vibrant, and to suggest movement.
Using Photoshop filters on a
picture of a ripe tomato, I got the basics for
this logo. I added details on the stem by hand,
then selected a font that was symmetrical and
classic, a natural offset to the jazzy asymetrical
nature of the tomato. |
